 With the increase in demand for the latest technology and up-gradation, engineers and researchers and all over the world are always kept on developing newer technologies. Similarly, with the increase of industrial operations, the demand for more sustainable, affordable, and efficient materials is increasing. 

Thus, with the research and development of many years, scientists and researchers able to develop various materials and components that are more suitable and efficient like graphene. With the use of graphene, many industrial working operations can be made more cost-efficient and effective. 

Graphene is a very versatile material and an allotrope of carbon. It is made with a single layer of graphite which makes it a lighter and incredibly flexible substance. Talking about the excellent properties of graphene, it is thin, light in weight, mechanically strong, and thermally stable. Due to these properties, graphene is used in EMI shielding solutions. Other than the fact, it can be said that graphene is the best material till now to get efficient EMI shielding.

Several companies are also looking to use graphene powdered batteries in electric cars and other vehicles.

Along with it, graphene batteries are also used in the making of phone batteries. This outcome came to the mind of mobile manufacturers after some incidents that show the flammable nature of phone batteries. Thus, to make the phone batteries more economical and safe, graphene is used to make non-flammable batteries.

Conductive Adhesives

As graphene is very much suitable for working at high temperatures, it is also used in the making of conductive adhesives or glue. This conductive adhesive is used for efficient and safer electronic packaging. After the use of tin/lead which is the most used packaging material all over the world, it has been seen that they are not safe. Worldwide regulations are also against the use of tin/lead in electronic packaging. This triggered a lot of research and development for the substitute of lead/tin. Thus, with the use of graphene powdered conductive adhesives, electronic packaging becomes more efficient and safe.
